Syapse is a real-world evidence company working in partnership with health systems, life sciences companies, and regulators to solve the challenges of precision medicine and drive better outcomes for people with cancer around the world.
Delivering a better patient experience you can actually see starts with valuable insights gathered from the data associated with every step of the patient journey. This holistic view of data is what distinguishes Syapse from their competitors and enables them to offer valuable insights to their clients in the development of treatments. Sypase wanted to showcase these capabilities and their deep scientific expertise to stand out amongst global healthcare leaders at well-known industry conferences, investors, and potential clients.
Our approach
Real-world care is dependent upon transforming real-world evidence (RWE) into insights that can directly impact care. Being such, we knew a successful design strategy would require transforming complicated statistics into a clear, compelling story that took on a life (and brand) of its own within the industry.
We wanted to capture the message of integrated, accessible, holistic data in our visualizations. We also wanted to establish a distinct look that would read as Syapse, with or without the logo, and read easily in front of a large-scale audience at a global or national industry conference, or a more intimate audience, such as an investor or client.
To achieve this, we infused our designs with ample white space and vertical structure to offset the heavy content. We brought in an array of warm and cool colors from the brand’s robust color palette and reinforced these harmonious blends and Syapse’s signature soft transitions through the use of gradients.
Our thinking
We dove deep into the data to understand key relationships and context. We paired this understanding with the goal of designing a bespoke collection of charts, plots and infographics. This approach not only enabled the research to be conveyed with more clarity, but it became another representation of the brand itself.
